“Acceptance Stage” of Grief

  1. Understand acceptance means you are adjusting to a new way of life without that person or pet. This does not  mean you are okay or will ever be okay with out them. Understand it is a process.
  2. Be kind and patient with yourself. Grief is a process.
  3. Everyone is different. Most people come in and out of this stage of grief.
  4. Acceptance means you are having more good days or decent days then bad days.
